I hope you’ve had a great week. I’ve been in a cooking funk lately, which has entailed a lot of ordering pizza, lazy stir-fries, kimchi out of the jar, grilled cheeses, and hunks of sourdough slathered with an olive spread I bought at Frankie’s Pantry last weekend.
